What does eXp ICON mean?

An eXp ICON agent is an agent that brings in $100,000 GCI and has 20 sales in their anniversary year. They are eligible for ICON status every single year in their anniversary year.

An ICON agent receives $17,500 worth of shares for their performance (plus many other rewards as they go…. ) They are also given $7,500 in shares to speak on stage in eXp world – eXp University. They are also given $5.000 worth of shares as a reward for attending two eXp conferences.

There are some vesting periods for some of these share offerings, so the incentive is for agents to stay with the company.
