Welcome Judymay Murphy to the show.

Today we are going to talk about

Why non-business standards matter so much in business.

And to give a bit of context to what we will be discussing..

By now we’ve all seen an AI produced photograph showing someone to be more muscular and better dressed than they’ve ever been in real life.  People that know them, know it’s not real.

Some think that the argument they had with their spouse the night before, can’t possibly impact their sales the day after.

People can fool themselves that their gambling habit is completely separate from their business, and that no one will ever know…. and it won’t affect anything..

Our guest today is going to help us discover how non-business high-standards can bring you business success.

Judymay and I talk at least once a week about business and we talk about  standards..

Health, business, magic moments like sunrises and sunsets, emotions,  and we talk about these things  just as much as we discuss business.

We challenge each other to push the bar higher in all areas of our lives.

I have some questions for you judymay:

Why do you think that everything we do in our life can affect our business? Why do you think that the book someone is reading or what film they just watched affects their sales?

What about the law of attraction?  What are your thoughts on that?

Because the law of attraction seems to suggest that it’s how we are vibing –  what we are putting out to the universe that affects our life and not the actual things we do?

If your clothes, your car, your desk, and all that, is clean and tidy, does it matter if your house is a mess? Some will think that others are never going to see your house.

We’ve been talking about the things that we can see, but you also believe that people are influenced by the invisible stuff too? Talk us through that? Is that about beliefs and other thoughts?

Surely we can’t be expected to live like Olympic athletes or monks?

What’s too much?  When does a high standard start to become something that gets in the way of your life?
