I was talking to  Troy Nelson from Fletchers Real Estate, Blackburn in Victoria today.

We spoke about Real Estate agents and their use of technology.   We spoke about the book  The four hour work week and we spoke about what most agents really need to do, to go to the next stage of income generation.

 

Troy came up with a great saying.

 

Before I can do more, I need to learn how to do less.

 

Less paperwork, more delegating.

More income, less expenses.

More dollar producing activities, less time wasting.

More marketing, less canvasing.

The saying less is more, still applies.
