eXp India and Australia Real Estate Business
As our team continues our real estate eXpansion partnering with experienced Real Estate Agents in India, I wanted to journal some of our highlights to date.
Are we excited? Yes! Are we confident? Yes!
Have people said we are crazy? Yes!
I don’t care, as I believe in our vision 100%.
I have been to India and had an amazing time there, touring while talking to many real estate agents.
Barry Feldman has also travelled to India.
We learned a lot about what agents in India need and want.
Our team aims to deliver what our team needs.
Here is our journey….
So far, together with Barry Feldman, we currently have 4 agents in The A-Team located in India.
There are about 800 agents in eXp India and over 1.5 million agents in India in total.
What is the big vision for what we can create? And why would we do this?
My vision is that when someone wants to buy or sell from Australia in India, or from India in Australia, our team of experienced agents get the call!
We then help that person connect with an eXp agent in our team. Agents trained by us. Agents that are part of our eXp team.
We can then help locate the best agent, to take care of the consumer as best as we can.
Obviously, we can’t guarantee everything will go smoothly, however, we will do our best to connect and help monitor the progress.
So how does this all work?
eXp is a global company listed on the NASDAQ.
We currently have 89,000 agents in 24 countries.
We are a huge billion-dollar company.
