How to attract more client reviews and testimonials  

As a busy real estate agent, it’s essential to have a simple and fast testimonial and review system that both past and current clients can readily access. This will give an easy opportunity and motivation to provide quality testimonials as well as Google/Facebook reviews.

Great reviews have multiple benefits. They boost your credibility, and they provide you and your future clients with valuable insights into what’s important and what sets you apart.

Organising a quick video testimonial at the time of an unconditional contract is one of the most important things you can do. Ask questions about their experience working with you and how they felt about the outcome. This is the best time to extract the best testimonial or review as they are typically feeling happy and excited, so they are more likely to provide positive feedback that you can use everywhere!

You might also like to remind them you had five buyers fighting over the property.  Whatever is true for their particular situation.  

By doing this, you can set up the type of review you really want.

Reminders

Be proactive in reminding clients to submit their reviews by sending gentle reminders through text or email or casually mentioning it during meetings. 

By creating a quick, accessible, and straightforward testimonial system, you will get more testimonials.
