Are your Customers Happy?

Are you checking in to see if your current clients are happy?

Why?

There was a restaurant that opened up in my area a few years ago. It was in a great location and it had a lot going for it. When it opened, there was a buzz of activity, and more and more people started finding out about it.

It was busy most of the time.

But now ….

The restaurant is no longer there.

It closed down and I’m sad.

Around 6 months ago they changed the menu.

The problem as I see it, is that the customers didn’t like the menu.

The restaurant tried different things.. They tried to go more upmarket. They increased the prices. Customers left.

I tried to tell them numerous times that the menu was not good! I was that blunt. They didn’t listen and now they are gone and I’m sad.

I feel for the owners who invested a lot of time and money into the business.

also….

I can’t help but think if only they listened.

If only they asked the customers what THEY wanted.
