Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway

 You have no idea how many people message me, text me and call me asking me how I have the courage to put myself  ‘out there’ every day on video online.

How I can put myself out there on social media.   

They ask.. ‘Aren’t you scared? ‘

They ask..  ‘How do you get up  the courage? ‘

Well.. the answer is.. Yes sometimes I’m nervous..

But  I just do it anyway

I don’t think too much about what people will say.. not everyone is going to like me.

Not everyone is going to be with  me.   Not everyone is going to support me.

I have my focus,  I have my outcome.  I know what I want to achieve.

Having your eye on the end result helps you propel yourself forward and not give what others think a second thought.

My advice to you…. Take a deep breath.

Remind yourself that the feelings of being nervous and excited are  the same
