Chatgpt-4 App. I love this app as we are able to obtain transcripts of videos and it also time stamps the transcript. You can use this transcript anywhere – eg your website or YouTube.
A working example of this means that you can put the text into the description on YouTube and users will be able to click on the time stamp to jump to that topic and that section of the video.
They will be able to click on the time and get that exact topic.

Hi, this is Lisa B from the Real Estate Club. Today, I’m going to show you a really cool app on Chat GPT-4. Chat GPT-4 is the paid version, and you can get some really cool apps. Once you buy GPT-4, it’ll show up here on your screen. Now, I’m going to go down here to plugins.
So, we go to plugins, click this little button down there, and go to the plugin store. You’ll be able to see lots of different things that you can use, which is amazing. Today, we are going to have a look at the Video Insights app. Now, because I’ve got the button there ticked, that means that the app is actually activated.
I’m going to come over here to one of my videos. This is one that I’ve filmed before. It’s about one of my courses that I’m just bringing out now, which is ‘How to Get Listings.’ This is the video here. I’m going to say, ‘Give me a transcript of this video. Do timestamps every 30 seconds. Use proper grammar. Give me the full transcript.’ Okay, it’s grouped. That’s good. Here it is.
Now, I’m going to put the thing in here, and it always just bunches it up there, so just do this now. So, I’ve hit that there. Now, it’s going to show me that it’s going to use the video app here. It’ll come up here, like in green, that it’s using it, so I know that it’s been activated. If that doesn’t come up when you put that in, it means that you haven’t ticked that box, the blue box.
So now, it’s going through the 30-second timestamp. Hopefully, it has actually written all that out with proper grammar and all that sort of thing. So, you can see it’s going to write out the whole transcript. Sometimes, this gets a little bit stuck, and it might not do the whole transcript. We might have to do that a couple of times. But how cool is this to put into YouTube and all that sort of thing as well?
