The power has shifted back to the consumer, the consumers methods for buying and choosing someone has changed. It’s changed forever. It’s not going back.. so this is not temporary. It’s a permanent thing and you need to do something about it pretty quick.

Organic business has died up and business is getting tougher and tougher Yes, the power has shifted back to the consumer. Add to that, it’s not all doom and gloom. By that I mean, the internet is exploding as I speak. 97% of consumers use online searches when searching for products or services and that includes real estate agents. The new word of mouth is online social media, like Facebook and Twitter.
