Macro conditions DO NOT control your business.
Every single day there are new listings coming onto the market and property settles every day.
If these transactions are not yours, you could be the issue, not the economy or any other outside force.
Blaming others and outside factors, does not ever truly resolve anything.
Instead of putting too much focus on the cause of your issue, why not think about what you can do to resolve the issue.
Control what you can control – And “Do The Work”!
Use a helicopter view and create systems for absolutely everything you do.
Look at every touch point and where you are having success and where you need to improve:
• Do you need to improve your lead generation?
• How will you do this?
• What extra resources do you need?
• Do you need to learn more about social media and digital marketing?
• Should you learn more about how Facebook algorithms work and adjust your campaigns accordingly?
• Do you need to have multiple sources for real estate leads?
• Should you outsource certain tasks? Doing so can result in more business (instead of doing everything yourself).
