Why should agents in regional areas look at eXp?
If they are earning low commission where they are –

If the office gives real estate agents leads – Don’t worry they are paying for it. There is a cost. Whether that’s 40% or 50% of their commission. It’s either the office pays for lead generation or the salesperson does. Lead generation is a small cost compared to the amount you pay in commission.
If they are on a salary – that’s a handcuff. There is a cost for that too! We need to back ourselves and have the freedom to run our own business.
