• Be positive. Don’t focus on the problem. Focus on the solutions
• Be willing to change
• Have courage
• Don’t be scared to take risks
• Pay attention around you… learn
• Have a culture that encourages communication
• Empower others – have empathy for others –
• Be dedicated to your vision. Make sure others see your vision and how they can be apart of your vision.
• Create systems throughout your entire office.   Create systems and checklists. Once you have systems, your people only need to run the systems.
