How many times does someone need to see you or your material to remember you?

A lot more than you think.

But…

We live in an amazing time in history.

When I started in real estate, someone would need to see your brochures, your ads in the paper, your signs, receive a letter from you, a phone call.. Some kind of contact and brand awareness 8 to 10 times before they would even start to know you!

It would take FOREVER to create so many points of contact so that they would remember you.

Now?  Wow! So much easier!

With social media, you can have that in a few weeks.

With the resources we have available with retargeting ads and so many platforms to promote ourselves on.

It’s incredible.

It’s exciting.

We just need to do it.
