Why do we stop doing what we know we should?

I did a LOT of video marketing 10 to 12 years ago and I stopped!

I do a few interviews now and again, but stopped the main marketing and I am kicking myself.

Literally kicking myself. I know how amazing video is! Now..

I am going to be my own test case.

If I was focusing on doing this perfect I would never start. eg.. I should have it transcribed.. should have this should have that..

Now I am making a start and that’s half the battle.
