Welcome Judymay Murphy to the show.

I’m going to do a little pre-frame here before we dive into this topic..

We are going to talk about 4 personality types in business

Judymay has created a system called The 8G’s.

Today we are going to be discussing the first 4 G’s.

Four different types of moneymaking personalities in business.

Here are a few scenarios for our listeners –

Have you ever noticed someone who might be too pushy, too over the top and busy, too lazy or not interested, or overly friendly or fake?

Have you ever wondered if you are overdoing some aspect of your personality?

Judymay is going to help us understand why people are the way they are and perhaps more importantly, how to build ourselves out into a more well-rounded polished business person.

I have a few questions for you, Judymay that I would love to go through.

QUESTIONS:

  • First of all, for those that might think we are being a bit judge-y putting people into different categories.  As some listeners might think we should just accept everybody the way they are including ourselves?  What are your thoughts?
  • So … What are the first four parts of your system types, and how did you create them?
  • Do you tend to get more of a certain type of person in a particular profession, like are more Gladiators, drawn toward real estate for example?
  • What happens if everyone in your business is the same personality type as you?
  • For those that have been into self-development for a long time, why is it that most people want to stay in their top two types and tend to avoid the other two?
  • Do you think people can change completely?  Someone who has always been a go-getter can become a genie?
  • I know that there are eight different types in your 8G system and we wouldn’t have enough time to go over all of them today, briefly can you explain what the other four types are and how they might be useful to our listeners?
